Cette cérémonie s’est déroulée ce vendredi 7 novembre 2025 à la Chambre provinciale des comptes d’Oyem, sous la direction de la présidente du tribunal administratif du chef-lieu de la province du Woleu-Ntem, Arianne Nzimba Kombila.

EN prélude aux élections des bureaux des conseils locaux (sénateurs, maires et présidents des conseils départementaux et leurs adjoints), prévus du 8 au 16 novembre 2025 à travers le Gabon, les membres de l’Autorité de contrôle des élections et du référendum (ACER) du Woleu-Ntem ont prêté serment, le vendredi 7 novembre 2025, à la Chambre provinciale des d’Oyem.

Cette cérémonie était présidée par la présidente du tribunal administratif d’Oyem, Arianne Nzimba Kombila. Occasion pour Martin Asseko Mba, responsable provinciale de l’ACER dans le Septentrion, de préciser que « la cérémonie de prestation de serment des membres de l’ACER est une formalité habituelle à la veille des élections politiques. Ces membres ont promis devant le tribunal de céans, d’être loyal envers ce qu’ils vont faire sur le terrain », a-t-il expliqué.

Les membres de l’ACER de Bitam, Mitzic, Minvoul, Medouneu et Oyem, sont chargés de vérifier si la loi électorale est bien appliquée la Commission nationale d’organisation et de coordination des élections et du référendum (CNOCER) au cours des élections des sénateurs, des maires et leurs adjoints, prévues entre le 8 et le 16 novembre 2025.
